Introduction
This is the Sinclair International Ltd “(Sinclair)” Anti-Slavery Statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2023.
This is our seventh annual statement and it contains Sinclair International’s actions taken to date including those in 2023 to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to enhance our activities to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not present in our supply chain.
Sinclair takes a zero tolerance approach to any instances of slavery or human trafficking, all forms of servitude and forced and compulsory labour. Our Anti-Slavery Statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
