Sinclair ERP System Upgrade Information

We are upgrading our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which is central to our business operations to deliver our products and services. The upgrade will take place between December 19, 2025 and January 5, 2026 and may vary during this period by region/market. While this is a significant undertaking, we are planning ahead to minimise any disruption to our service. We have planned the upgrade over the Christmas and New Year period to minimize the impact of the transition for all customers and we’re doing everything we can to ensure a smooth experience throughout.

What is an ERP system and how will the upgrade benefit you?

An ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a powerful software platform that helps our teams manage and integrate their core operations—from inventory and order processing to finance, customer service, and supply chain management.

When will the transition to the new ERP system happen?

The ERP upgrade will take place between December 19, 2025, and January 5, 2026. During this period, all Sinclair Services (except Technical Support) will be temporarily closed for this transition period. We kindly ask customers to place any label orders and labeling system orders prior to December 15, 2025. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for delivery before the week commencing 5th January 2026.

A communication has been sent to your relevant departments/contacts within – Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Operations – as appropriate, to outline any specific requirements or changes that will affect business as usual.
